 Fan grille off |
 Unbolt the fan |
 Hold fan shaft |
 Remove fan bolt |
 Remove fan |
 Remove rubber seal metal strips |
 Remove rubber seal |
 Unbolt points box |
 Lever off points box |
 Expose advance weights. |
 Clean inner surfaces |
 Remove retaining circlip |
 Remove advance weights. |
 Check all items removed |
 Clean surrounding areas |
 Disconnect old wiring |
 Fit electronic magnets |
 Offer up electronic ignition box |
 Fit electronic ignition unit |
 Thread ignition wires through sleeves |
 Run wires from electronic ignition box |
 Feed wires appropriately |
 Tie wires with restrainers |
 Connect wires at coil end |
 Align timing marks on fly wheel. |
 Locate drive shaft 'lock' position |
 Lock shaft with pin |
 Check Ignition box LED by rotating |
 Rotate box to 'LED just on' position |
 Lock ignition box in place |
 Replace ignition space rubber seal |
 Replace seal strips and bolts |
 Position fan belt |
 Re-install fan |

 Hold fly-wheel while replacing fan bolt |
